Target Deliverable Languages:English.2.5.3 After the probation period is expired, the Human Resource Department shall issue to the concerned employee a written notice on whether he/she has been formally recruited based on the results of “Probation performance evaluation”, which is carried out by the head of the corresponding department.
2.5.4 In the contract term, provided that both the employee and the Company put forward to the termination of the Labor contract, it shall be implemented in accordance with national laws and regulations as well as relevant regulations of governmental labor administrations.
2.5.5 After the employee whose Labor contract is about to expire has been assessed, the Company shall decide whether to renew his/her Labor contract. The renewal notice or the termination notice of the Labor contract shall be issued 30 days prior to the expiry of the Labor
contract. The employee shall make reply within one week after receipt of the notice. If no reply were made within the prescribed time,it shall be deemed that he/she has accepted such offer.
