With a growing concern, food allergies have become food safety and public health issues in the 21st century. Worldwide incidence of food allergies continues to rise,for instance, the admission rate of food allergy dermatitis had increased to 500% from 1990 to 2003 in UK.The incidence rate of food allergies had increased 12 times from 1995 to 2006 in Australia.And the admission rate of allergies had increased more than 400% from 1990 to 2006 in U.S.A, and mainly caused by food allergies.The research data of food allergy is relative lack in China, Li Haiqi, a Chinese scholar, had researches on children food allergies in 1999 and 2009 respectively, the results indicated that the incidence rate of food allergy in Chinese children had shown a rising trend as well.
